  • If you are having trouble logging into The Joint Commission website, please complete the following steps:
    • Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers. Do not use Internet Explorer
    • Clear your browsing history and cookies, and close browser
    • Start a new browser session
    • Use the following link to go straight to the Extranet login page: https://customer.jointcommission.org/
    • Do not use a bookmark or favorite
  • If you are still having login issues, contact your Account Executive.
  • If you do not know who serves as your organization's Account Executive, call 630-792-3007.
  • If you are unsure if you're organization has a survey today, contact Mark McCarl, Senior Survey Planning Representative, at 630-792-5727, or Jerome Thomas, Associate Director of Scheduling, at 630-792-5855.
